Reach the maximum, choose the right product for your plan!
Get better results and optimise energy efficiency. Choose the correct diameter according to the cooker you intend to use and use a medium heat level. For induction: the diameter of the cooking area must correspond to the diameter of the pan base. For gas: the gas flame must not exceed the base of the pan.
Do not overheat the cooking surface to avoid damaging it, this happens when the surface changes colour, and never leave the pot empty with the hob on.
Do not wash the products in the dishwasher (not even the wooden parts), detergents contain corrosive agents that could damage the coating over time. Dishwashing detergent and a non-abrasive sponge is sufficient.
Only use accessories made of wood, plastic and/or silicone. The non-stick will thank you! Small scratches will not affect the performance of the pan.
Store the products without overlapping or use special pan saver felts.
