Luchetti at the gala dinner for the Renato Cesarini Award

A tasty gala dinner will follow at the Seta Restaurant in Senigallia, a stone's throw from Castellaro, the birthplace of the last-minute goal emblem. The evening saw the delivery of important prizes and awards to players, coaches, managers and journalists who distinguished themselves in the last sporting season.

The Prize Renato Cesarini 2019 went to Daniel Ciofani of Frosinone. "Investing in young people and in the quality of nurseries to restore enamel to our football", this is the common opinion of Pantaleo Corvino and Sebastiano Rossi. "I, on the other hand, go a bit counter-trend - everyone jokes about a joke Daniel Ciofani - As a child I played in a single pitch together with thirty other boys and I must say that more than quality then there was a mentality very different from today."

More than 200 guests attended the event (led by Marco Lollobrigida Lara Gentilucci and Guido Vaciago).

Numerous football representatives were present: Pantaleo Corvino (General Manager of Fiorentina Calcio), Marco Tardelli (former footballer of the Serie A and national team), Avv. Michele Briamonte, Alessio Secco (known Juventus manager), Serse Cosmi (Venice coach) , Sebastiano Rossi (ex column of Milan), Odoacre Chierico (ex Inter and Roma), Sebino Nela (ex Roma and National), Furio Valcareggi (sports prosecutor), Daniel Ciofani (Frosinone football player), journalists Guido D'Ubaldo ( National Secretary of the Order of Journalists and signature of the Corriere Dello Sport), Guido Vaciago (journalist Tuttosport), Luca Marchetti (journalist of Sky Sport), Sandro Sabatini (Mediaset Sport), Gaetano Imparato (Gazzetta dello Sport), Leondino Pescatore (Corriere Sport - Stadium), Daniele Bartocci (best Under 30 journalist). Comic sketches by Gianfranco Butinar.

The mission at the center of the evening, in addition to rewarding characters who have distinguished themselves in the current football season, is to keep the "spotlight on" the unease that many people and businesses still live in, in a region devastated by the earthquake.
